Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented IT Manager to help keep our teams connected and our systems running smoothly across both our corporate office and senior living communities. If you enjoy a mix of strategy, troubleshooting, and collaboration—and you like making technology easier for everyone—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Make sure our hardware, devices, and systems are set up, updated, and working the way they should
Support team members with everyday tech needs—email, apps, connectivity, and general troubleshooting
Keep our networks, communication tools, and cybersecurity practices strong and reliable
Train staff on best practices and lead IT onboarding for new hires
Manage the IT budget and help us make smart technology investments
Partner with third-party vendors and our IT Security Manager to ensure system reliability and compliance
Help roll out new tools, software, and technology upgrades

What You Bring

5+ years of IT management experience
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A customer-focused, approachable style
Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight, and a valid driver’s license

Bonus Points

Experience with SharePoint, NetSuite, or healthcare IT systems
Background in disaster recovery or compliance
