Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Infor Visual ERP Solutions Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our Infor Visual ERP software, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution specifically designed for manufacturers. You will oversee the integration of Infor Visual ERP across various departments, and ensure the system is optimized to meet the company’s operational needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infor Visual ERP, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of its functionality within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the optimization, and integration of Infor Visual ERP across all relevant departments (production, inventory, procurement, sales, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries, support requests, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including production, logistics, IT, engineering, and finance) to ensure seamless ERP integration with other business systems.
- Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve the system’s performance, user adoption, and overall functionality.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users on Infor Visual ERP functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and releases to keep the system current and secure.
- Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and support partners to ensure the successful delivery of ERP services and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Infor Visual ERP or similar ERP software in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong experience in ERP system implementation, optimization, and support, specifically with Infor Visual ERP.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and how they are supported by ERP systems.
