Position Summary:
We are seeking an Electronic Engineer focused strictly on repair, not clinical operation. This role is for someone who repairs, troubleshoots, and restores X-ray equipment, not a technologist who operates imaging machines on patients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing electronic and electromechanical issues in X-ray systems, including C-Arms and portable units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair X-ray imaging systems (C-Arm, portable, and fixed units)
• Perform board-level and component-level electronic repairs
• Calibrate systems and perform preventive maintenance after repair
• Interpret schematics, service manuals, and error codes
• Replace and align electronic assemblies, power supplies, sensors, and cabling
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
• Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams on complex repairs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proven experience repairing X-ray, C-Arm, or portable X-ray equipment
• Strong electronics troubleshooting skills (analog/digital circuits, power systems)
• Comfortable with diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
• This role is NOT for radiologic technologists or equipment operators
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bench repair or depot repair experience
• Knowledge of radiation safety related to equipment servicing
• Experience working with OEM service documentation
