eNGINE is hiring a Helpdesk Manager to lead a team of 5 techs across Pittsburgh, and other cities on the east coast. This role is hybrid in the Robinson Township area west of downtown. If you’re someone with hands-on technical skills (Exchange, Intune, Active Directory, O365, laptop config) AND the leadership chops to keep things running smoothly, it could be a fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day SLA performance
- Guide and mentor the team—ideal for a systems admin stepping into leadership
- Get hands-on with more challenging tickets from time to time
- Participate in occasional off-hours work for upgrades, depending on technical experience
