What the job is
You will help design the electrical systems that power and control the machines we build. You will work through schematics, panel layouts and wiring details while staying connected to the shop floor where your designs become real hardware. You will work side by side with mechanical, machining, controls and assembly. When questions come up you help solve them. When things get confusing you help clear the path. When something works you learn why. When something does not you help fix it and move forward.
Day to day
A typical week looks like this:
- Design and review electrical schematics and layouts
- Create cabinet build documentation and wiring details
- Support the shop during builds so designs match reality
- Join bring up, testing and troubleshooting as machines come online
- Coordinate with controls and software so hardware and code match
- Speak up when something needs to be improved or tightened up

What we are looking for
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar, or a few years of real field experience
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems and standards
- Able to read mechanical drawings and communicate across disciplines
- Comfortable working around machines, tools and shop environments
- Curiosity, ownership and pride in work that runs in production
What helps you stand out
- Experience with SolidWorks or interest in learning it
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience
- Time spent around automation, robotics or industrial equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
