JOB SUMMARY:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Radwell International is a global leader in industrial automation solutions, committed to delivering innovative products and services to our customers. We are expanding our development team to support critical projects like ALA and beyond.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in React and Next.js to join our dynamic team. This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly with our enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#), React, and Next.js.
  • Implement reusable components and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

METRICS

Complete monthly commitments and project deadlines as agreed and described in monthly meetings or through other project planning efforts. Publish high quality code that adheres to department development standards and policies. Software Developer II will be measured on the quality of their code, their ability to adhere to development standards and policies and on how effectively they meet their monthly commitments and project deadlines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#).
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure PaaS services (Web Apps, Functions, Storage).
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • AS, AAS, BS or equivalent degree in a technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Management of Information Systems. Plus 2 or more years experience developing solutions using Visual Studio IDE and Languages preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods.
  • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent walking or standing may be required at times

WORK SCHEDULE

This is an exempt position, which requires a work schedule that will achieve the results and objectives identified by the company. Generally, the schedule for this position will be 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Nights and weekends may be worked at the Development Team Manager’s discretion based on current project and implementation needs, deadlines, and workload. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are encouraged to wear “Radwear” (shirt with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times


COMPENSATION:

  • The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $120,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance

BENEFITS:

Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, for which employees contribute toward the premiums. The Company provides fully paid short- and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits offered through Unum, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on their first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on the start date and may be used immediately. Radwell recognizes six Company-paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
