Chrismark Home, a growing CBRF in Barron County is seeking additions to our organization. We have homes in Rice Lake, Chetek and Barron. We are flexible and do orientations frequently so you can start within days of applying or a few weeks to give notice at your current job.
We are looking for an awake night caregiver to join our team in Chetek and Rice Lake. This position would be primarily at our Chetek location, but would ideally be able to cover shifts in Rice Lake for vacation coverage. Our shift typically runs 8p-8a. Pay is depending on experience and availability. Opportunities for hours on other shifts is also available, but you must be willing to work night shifts.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for some extra income, or for an experienced caregiver looking for a change in pace and a different care environment.
You must have reliable transportation, ability to read, write and comprehend. CBRF certifications a plus, otherwise you must be willing to obtain. We offer paid training to acquire needed certificates.
Your principle responsibilities will be providing supervision for our residents while they take their medications and live out daily activities. Additionally, we attend doctors appointments with residents, assist with meal preparation and oversee facility cleaning activities. We provide companionship, activities, and assist our residents with environmental support.
Most residents are independent in activities of daily living but some assistance may be required.
