Job Summary:

Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for projects spanning from Microsoft Azure to Edge computing resources. Collaborate with other engineering teams to design and implement robust GitLab pipelines, supporting containerized applications, and automating workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable code delivery across Cloud, Edge, and Mobile environments.
• Enforce branch protections, release controls, and environment gating.
• Provision and manage Azure cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Oversee container strategies using Docker for general applications and support containerization workflows for standard web services.
• Maintain and secure Linux-based edge devices and server infrastructure.
• Implement observability (Datadog), logging, and alerting standards.
• Write clean, efficient automation scripts to eliminate toil and streamline engineering workflows.
• Support API versioning, backward compatibility, and partner integrations.
• Assist in maintaining build and release pipelines for mobile applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and manage self-hosted internal tools.

Required Skills:

• Deep proficiency with GitLab CI (Pipelines, Runners, Registry, Management).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure core services.
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration concepts.
• Strong mastery of Linux environments (administration, security, and troubleshooting).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Singularity to run software in portable and reproducible environments.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization environments such as Proxmox.
• Experience using Ansible for configuration management and application deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles, supporting Machine Learning pipelines, or managing model registries.
• Experience deploying and managing self-hosted AI/ML tools (e.g., Labeling tools, LLM hosts).

Education and Experience:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure role

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
