Dogtopia of Eau Claire, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for our pet parents and their pups, so we’re looking for someone who loves people and dogs in equal measure. And here’s the best part — after completing training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you!

Now that we’ve covered the fun stuff, here’s what you can offer us:

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Data entry and accurate record keeping
• Creating and maintaining Pet Parent charts
• Greeting EVERYONE (two- and four-legged) who walks in or out of Dogtopia with a smile
• Understanding and promoting Dogtopia’s retail products
• Knowing and embracing our Dogtopia-isms:

• Assisting with spa appointments and services as needed
• Supporting other daycare operations, including playroom assistance and dog transitions, to ensure safety and fun for all pups

About You:
You’re positive, friendly, and can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile. You’re comfortable multitasking between welcoming pet parents, answering phones, managing schedules, helping with spa services, and assisting in daycare operations — all while ensuring every dog in our care is safe, healthy, and having the best day ever.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
