Mailing Database Processor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Mailing Database Processor to support our mailing operations.

Key Duties:

• Clean and prepare mailing lists
• Create print-ready PDFs using mail merge software
• Export data for inkjet addressing machines
• Operate addressing equipment (training provided)
• Learn to operate a Pitney Bowes inserting/stuffing machine

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of data or mailing processes
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn new equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• working with inkjet machines or database processing: 1 year (Preferred)
