Solutions Architect – Amazon Connect
Cloud Contact Centers | Amazon Connect
Remote (US-based preferred) | Full-time / Contract / Consulting
We’re hiring a Solutions Architect with hands-on Amazon Connect experience to design and deliver cloud-native contact center solutions. This role is ideal for architects who enjoy POCs, rapid implementations, and production deployments in dynamic environments.
Key Focus
Architect and implement Amazon Connect solutions
Design contact flows, IVR, routing, and agent experiences
Deliver POCs, pilots, and full-scale deployments
Integrate with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and CRMs
Enable omnichannel (voice, chat, tasks) and analytics (Contact Lens)
Ensure scalability, security, and cost optimization
Requirements
5+ years in solutions architecture or contact center technologies
Proven, hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience
Strong understanding of IVR, routing, and call flows
AWS serverless integration experience
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
