Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance.
• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
• Support satellite offices and sales personnel on network issues and optimizing performance.
• Maintaining a dependable and robust network infrastructure, while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.
• Working and collaborating with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

Qualifications:

• Two years’ IT administration experience, with bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science preferred.
• Understanding of computer network infrastructure, workstation, servers required; Linux background is preferred.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding/knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Experience with local and wide area network administration, FedEx/UPS shipping software and Zebra printers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
