Prachub

We're an early-stage start-up, Prachub, that is building the go-to platform for tech interview prep — helping students and professionals practice with real interview questions, run SQL + coding challenges in-browser, and learn from a community of peers.

We are looking for a founding engineer to join our small but fast-moving team. You will play a critical role in shaping both the product and the culture of the company as we scale.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Strong computer science fundamentals (degree in CS or related field preferred, but not required if you have demonstrable projects).
• 1+ years of industry experience, or strong internship/personal project portfolio.
• Experience with full-stack development. Our stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of system design, scalable architectures, and building production-ready features.
• A “founder mindset” — willingness to wear multiple hats, move fast, and iterate.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs / AI integration or community-driven platforms.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
