Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Lead to drive the development of data-driven insights that enhance user experience. This role will involve defining experimentation strategies, analyzing complex data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, statistical modeling, and data storytelling.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Applied Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in data science and analytics.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing experiments using various datasets.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong background in statistical modeling, regression analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience in data cleaning and transformation.
• Ability to communicate analytics results and data insights effectively to influence stakeholders and leadership.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a first-principles reasoning approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and implementation of data science processes to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and refine the experimentation strategy.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing data from multiple sources for strategic decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to determine optimal resource allocation for the data science team.
• Develop predictive models to analyze user behavior and product usage patterns.
• Analyze complex datasets using a range of analytical tools and methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key UX metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
