Job description
Robert R. Keller & Associates, Inc is a business service supporting a small group of manufacturing companies in Manchester, NH. We are excited to add a new position to our IT department.
The IT Director is responsible for managing our organization’s Network Infrastructure, facilitate Project Management of the ERP Software Implementation and focus on overall Department cost savings initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
Manage the IT department’s daily operations, including network infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and security.
Lead the planning and execution of the ERP software implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the IT department.
Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization’s IT landscape.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and manage vendor partnerships to ensure the organization receives high-quality products and services.
Mentor and develop IT staff, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental and individual objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading ERP implementation projects.
Proven track record in developing and executing cost optimization strategies in an IT environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Solid understanding of networking infrastructure, security, and industry best practices.
Highly adept at organizing information and simplifying intricate views, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
