Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven IT Manager to oversee all technology systems across our organization. This role is essential to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Kipu, Salesforce, and Microsoft Environment, and thrives in a direct-support, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily IT operations and system availability.
• Administer and maintain Kipu EMR, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Evironment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HIPAA compliance measures and data protection policies.
• Oversee cybersecurity programs, including threat monitoring and incident response.
• Create and manage IT protocols, documentation, and organizational standards.
• Maintain network infrastructure including servers, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Support users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical training.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and technology upgrades.
• Track IT budgets, asset inventory, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT management experience; healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office required.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
• Confident supporting EMR/CRM platforms and handling PHI.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in person at our Coral Gables, FL facility.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365/Azure administration experience.
• Familiarity with NIST, HITRUST, or other security frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, HCISPP, or Microsoft credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
