We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our HVAC brand inside major retail stores across the PNW. This is a high-impact role where your personality and drive directly translate into success—with $100,000+ commission potential for top producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers at kiosks or in-store aisles
• Introduce HVAC services and communicate key benefits
• Set service appointments with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence in retail environments
• Record and report appointment details consistently through apps

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in public settings
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
• Must adhere to a strict zero-tolerance drug policy including THC
