As a Director of IT, you'll be developing and implementing functional solutions to facilitate business growth, while overseeing server and network architecture, and managing user-support operations within KeySource. The goals for our systems are Stability, Security, and Scalability.
What you'll be doing:

Develop annual budgets and control expenses for all things technology.

Bring new technologies to KeySource such as AI and Cloud solutions.

Maintain and foster relationships with external resources and vendors.

Develop, mentor, and grow the IT team.

What you'll bring to the Team:

Experience with RDBMS, SQL Server preferred.

Experience with ERP systems.

Ability to communicate concepts to all levels of employees.

Understanding of computer networks, and peripherals.

Ability to manage a team, and multiple deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in CIS/MIS or Computer Science preferred.

Successful management of an IT department.

Proven track record of successful implementations.
Role would be located near Cincinnati OH, or potential for remote.
