We are currently seeking a Full-Time – Jr. Developer!
The Junior Developer role supports the day-to-day operation and stability of the internal Property Management System (PMS) while developing core programming and operational skills. This role serves as a Tier 1 support resource for application issues and assists with development, configuration, documentation, and system maintenance under the guidance of senior developers.
This position is ideal for an early-career engineer who wants exposure to real-world production systems, customer-facing support, and .NET-based application development in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite position in Cottonwood Heights, Utah
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as Tier 1 support for internal PMS users (e.g., property operations, accounting, corporate teams)
- Triage incoming issues to determine if they are user issues, data issues, bugs, or enhancement requests
- Resolve basic application, configuration, and data issues; escalate complex problems appropriately
- Assist in writing, testing, and modifying .NET-based application code under guidance
- Support deployment activities, environment checks, and basic DevOps tasks
- Assist with monitoring system health, background jobs, and integrations
- Document common issues, resolutions, and basic workflows for internal users
- Collaborate with senior developers and platform resources to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of programming or technical support experience
- Exposure to .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and basic database concepts
- Familiarity with web-based applications and APIs is a plus
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and trouble shoot problems quickly
- Ability to communicate with others – peers, supervisors, end users

Compensation: Full- Time $65,000 to $80,000 per year
