We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our small, but mighty team, building cutting-edge employee experience products for some of the world's most prominent brands. This role balances hands-on design execution with product thinking—understanding why features exist, how they create value, and translating that into engaging, functional, and beautiful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine internal platform interfaces, with a focus on usability, intuitiveness, and visual appeal
- Contribute to customized designs tailored to client and employee needs, especially in content creation and management workflows
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to understand product goals and user needs, and translate them into actionable designs
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure scalable, consistent UI components
- Review and critique design work to ensure attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
- Advocate for user-centered design while keeping business and product priorities in mind
- Create marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications materials
- Support website updates and maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, Product, or Visual Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, and visual execution
- Excellent UI sense and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Canva)
- Experience with design systems and maintaining visual consistency
- Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and UX principles
- Ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for internal tools, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React)
- Experience in marketing collateral, brand design, or motion design
- Comfortable participating in product discussions and offering UX insights
