What You'll Do

Transform Business Challenges into AI Solutions

Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers, translating executive whiteboarding sessions into clear solution architectures and working MVPs. You'll engage daily with roles from engineers to C-level stakeholders, turning business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Build Intelligent Agents and AI Workflows

• Design and deploy agents using Agent Development Kit (ADK), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
• Build production systems with Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, and LlamaIndex that solve real business problems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic workflows from concept to customer deployment.

Prepare Data and Enable AI Systems

Champion data-first approaches by designing vector databases, RAG pipelines, and chunking strategies that make AI agents effective. Prepare and curate data to ensure agents are ready for consumption by both internal teams and external customers.

Lead Discovery and Scoping

• Conduct strategic discovery workshops with customer leadership to define objectives, constraints, and success metrics.
• Scope and MVP solutions rapidly—you'll move from whiteboard to proof-of-concept in weeks, not months.
• Present technical roadmaps that translate AI capabilities into business value.

Enable and Educate

• Build trusted relationships by educating stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Conduct workshops, deliver demos, and transfer knowledge to ensure successful adoption. You'll be the voice that builds confidence in AI transformation.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Track Record

• 4+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably in customer-facing or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience building agents and agentic workflows using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Practical knowledge of LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform: Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Model Garden), BigQuery, Cloud Run.
• Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences—equally comfortable on a whiteboard or with formal presentations.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and forge relationships with customer leadership.
• Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and making AI systems production-ready.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Data Engineer certification (or commitment to achieve within 6 months).
• Experience participating in sales calls and creating statements of work.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
• Experience with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in consulting or professional services with distributed, remote teams.

Technical Environment

You'll work with cutting-edge Google Cloud AI technologies, including:

• Core AI Stack: Vertex AI Agent Builder, Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols
• ML Frameworks: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, RAG pipelines, vector databases
• GCP Services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions
• Development: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Vertex AI Pipelines

Expectations

• Customer-Facing: Daily interactions with customers, including discovery sessions, technical discussions, standups, and executive presentations.
• Travel: Up to 30% travel to customer sites, Google offices, and industry events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Cloud Architects, Google Cloud specialists, and internal teams on complex implementations.
