Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist who will be responsible for developing and designing our platform. You will be initially working alongside a team of consultants including other data scientists and developers in creating, training, maintaining, and updating ML models for our platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create & train well designed ML and heuristic models

  • Research approaches, techniques, algorithms for data processing

  • Closely work with multi-functional team to understand business requirements, design, develop and integrate solutions into services and platform

  • Communicate with frontend and backend teams


Qualifications:

  • Advanced Python Knowledge with minimum 4 year of experience using it to design solutions meeting business needs

  • 4+ years of production Data Science experience in Machine learning

  • Hands-on experience with Python ML ecosystems:
    • Pytorch
    • numpy
    • pandas
    • scikit-learn
    • matplotlib & others
  • Understanding of classic ML technics and problems:

    • regression,

    • random Forest,

    • K-means,

    • regularization,

    • precision-recall tradeoff

  • Experience with Git

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to communicate complex topics with simple language


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Docker, Linux

  • Production Python experience

  • Neural networks experience in CV

  • Experience with NLP: word-embeddings, sequential neural networks, BERT

  • Image processing experience: filters theory, OpenCV hands-on experience

  • Experience with OCR

  • Pytorch, Tensorflow experience
