Our company is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Level C#/.NET Software Developer for our growing team! We specialize in software customization and implementation for various platforms that manage a membership database. The selected candidate will have a chance to work closely with Senior Team Members and company leadership to develop their skills.

Qualifications: 3 – 4 years’ experience preferred

• Software development experience developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.

• Experience with the C# and .Net platforms and related tools.

• Experience with database design and development experience with two years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Thorough knowledge of SDLC.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies including Visual Studio, C#, ASP, and Web Services, along with object-oriented programming methodologies.

• Knowledge of additional Microsoft products and technologies and cloud environments is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations is a must.

• Must be able to prioritize a demanding workload and tight timelines.

• Ability to translate functional requirements and technology needs into non-technical terms and work with non-technical staff to define needs.

We are an Agile/Scrum environment, and previous knowledge of these methodologies is highly suggested. Jira is our ticketing and Project Management tool.

Full-time, direct placement role with benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, and Holidays).

Core hours are 10 am – 4 pm Eastern, flexibility is based around those hours.

Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
