In this role, you’ll serve as the face of AT&T—connecting directly with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from AT&T’s cutting-edge telecommunications and technology portfolio. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.

AT&T Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm as the primary customer contact
  • Drive sales by engaging with customers, uncovering needs, and presenting customized solutions
  • Educate customers on AT&T products, promotions, and long-term benefits
  • Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Associates and leadership to sharpen sales techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and feedback
  • Apply negotiation and upselling skills to maximize customer acquisition and account value
  • Participate in daily coaching sessions with senior AT&T Sales Associates to strengthen leadership and closing skills
  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
  • Partner with management to improve outreach efforts and campaign execution

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
  • Prior experience as a Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, or AT&T Sales Associate is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about exceeding expectations
  • Reliable transportation to assigned locations
  • Ambition to grow professionally and advance into leadership opportunities

Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
