THE JOB
We are looking for AI Engineers (1–2 positions) to join our team and build next-generation AI systems powered by LLM agents, multi-agent orchestration, and intelligent workflows.
This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying agent-based AI solutions, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, API integrations, and end-to-end AI pipelines. You will work closely with product, hardware, and software teams to deliver scalable, real-world AI applications.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agent systems, including single-agent and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines (data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and generation).
• Integrate LLMs with internal and external APIs, tools, and services to enable autonomous workflows.
• Develop AI workflows for task automation, decision-making, and real-time system interactions.
• Manage structured and unstructured data pipelines (documents, logs, sensor data, etc.) for AI applications.
• Deploy, test, and monitor AI systems in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and optimize system performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Experience integrating APIs, tools, and external services into AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and scalable system design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across interdisciplinary teams.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration strategies.
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Background in robotics, multimodal AI, or real-time systems.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
