Job description
Key Responsibilities:
AEM Infrastructure Setup: Provision and configure AEM environments using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Server Administration: Install, upgrade, patch, and maintain AEM instances; manage environments across development, staging, and production.
CI/CD Implementation: Set up and maintain Jenkins/GitLab pipelines for CI/CD of AEM packages and configurations.
Containerization & Orchestration: Implement Docker/Kubernetes for scalable and consistent deployments.
Monitoring & Alerts: Configure tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana for proactive monitoring and alerting.
Backup & Recovery: Implement automated solutions for data backup and recovery.
Security & Compliance: Conduct vulnerability scans and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Content Migration: Manage content migrations using AEM Package Manager or scripts.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date environment setup guides, procedures, and troubleshooting docs.
Network & Certificate Management: Address connectivity issues, manage SSL certificates, and ensure secure integration of AEM sites.
Required Skills:
Strong AEM Admin experience: installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Linux/Windows server environments.
Experience with heap dump analysis, server logs, GC tuning, and environment performance optimization.
Proficient in Python or PowerShell scripting for automation.
Solid grasp of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Experience in setting up monitoring/alert systems with Dynatrace or similar tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex infrastructure.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working with On-Prem AEM servers.
Familiarity with network diagnostics, SSL certificate management, and content delivery troubleshooting.
Exposure to DevOps culture, agile methodologies, and performance automation frameworks.
