Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to lead marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals while overseeing the end-to-end creation of high-quality visual and written content.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can balance high-level campaign planning with hands-on execution across design, video, and digital marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including social media, website graphics, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and advertisements
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, aligning with company guidelines and visual identity
- Create compelling marketing collateral such as product catalogs, flyers, banners, email campaigns, and trade show graphics
- Support website updates by designing UI/UX elements, landing pages, and visual enhancements
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to internal designers or external vendors
- Prepare final production files and ensure accuracy for print and digital publishing
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Develop engaging content including blogs, infographics, videos, and social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with product teams on positioning, messaging, and product launches
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and trade shows; act as event host when needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Project Management) to align marketing efforts with company goals
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital analytics
- Proven ability to develop compelling brand storytelling and messaging
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable appearing on camera or acting as a brand spokesperson when needed
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak campaign periods
- Ability to travel for trade shows and events
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to work onsite full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
