Join us as our first Technology Manager and play a vital role in making sure our team has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will be the trusted expert who keeps our systems running and empowers employees to get the most out of their devices and software.
This role will require travel to MN, IA, and WI to meet with employees for IT training. 25%+ of the role will involve travel to different office locations.
About the Role
We are creating a new position for a Technology Manager to strengthen our digital operations and support employees in using technology more effectively. You will make sure our systems run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, train team members, and recommend improvements that keep us ahead.
This is a proactive position, not just reacting to problems. The right candidate will anticipate needs, introduce improvements, and help every team member feel confident with their tools.
What You Will Do
- Own device and asset management: laptops, phones, software, and security
- Troubleshoot IT issues quickly while spotting and fixing root causes
- Lead employee training through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and easy-to-use guides
- Oversee company systems including email, communication tools, and shared drives
- Support onboarding and offboarding with smooth account and access setup
- Strengthen cybersecurity with best practices and ongoing employee awareness
- Recommend and roll out new tools that help the company grow and work smarter
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language
- Experience in IT support, systems management, or technology training
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Patient, approachable, and able to support employees at all skill levels
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices is a plus

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience
