We offer a competitive pay of $140,000-$155,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need a driven, high-integrity engineer who will thrive in a collaborative environment. You should be someone who values trust, teamwork, and accountability while bringing a strong technical foundation. Our ideal candidate has:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• 4+ years of experience customizing and configuring Acumatica ERP, including code customizations
• Experience with automated testing, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools
• Solid C# and SQL skills
• Ability to work independently to solve challenging problems
• Ability to communicate well with other engineers and non-engineering colleagues
• Ability to work with project management and stakeholders to clarify work, ask necessary questions, and make effective contributions to architecture

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

As our remote Senior Software Engineer, you dive into designing software solutions that directly impact customers, ensuring HemaSource stays ahead of the curve. You write and refine C# and .NET code, working hands-on with Acumatica, SQL Server, Babelway, and AWS to develop, test, deploy, and maintain key systems. You seamlessly integrate Acumatica with other platforms, troubleshoot challenges across multiple technologies, and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical colleagues. As part of an agile team, you collaborate with QA, product managers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life, solving real-world problems while pushing the limits of what's possible.
