Summary

We are seeking a skilled Programmer to join our dynamic team at Counterpart, Inc. located in the US. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our mission by developing and optimizing software solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and service quality.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement software applications to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance product offerings
• Document development processes and system configurations
• Participate in Agile development practices.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Programmer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Solid Works, Draftsight, Boost
• Revises programs to eliminate errors, and retests programs to verify that problems have been solved.
• Interprets job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
