Job Overview
RL Canning is seeking a highly skilled HIS Enterprise Architect to collaborate with leaders and HIS subject matter experts to evaluate projects, establish architecture standards, and define technology strategies that guide the health system toward achieving its goals. They ensure solutions transition from the current state to target state solutions that achieve business outcomes. They monitor IT services to ensure compliance with technical standards and support the needs of a modern, digital health system.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually W2, along with a comprehensive benefits package detailed in the “Benefits Offered” section of the job description. The salary wage offered within this range will be influenced by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. During the hiring process, your recruiter will provide more specific information about the salary range, considering these factors. Compensation and benefits remain in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s absolute discretion, consistent with applicable law, until they are paid.
