Job description
Loanability is a finance company in Willow Grove, PA, helping small businesses access the capital they need to grow. We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to own and improve the systems and processes that power our day-to-day operations.
This role is responsible for identifying issues, solving problems at the root, and building solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and system reliability across the business.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Systems Ownership
- Identify and resolve issues impacting email delivery, inbox placement, and spam filtering
- Monitor and improve call performance, including caller ID reputation and system reliability
- Diagnose system, data, and workflow issues by identifying root causes, not just symptoms
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, permissions, and setup
- Maintain and improve system configurations, settings, and user access across platforms
- Track and manage company devices, including inventory audits and lifecycle management
- Perform regular system audits (settings, updates, permissions) to ensure consistency and accuracy
Data & Process Management
- Ensure data accuracy across systems by identifying inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies
- Validate and maintain internal tracking systems and operational workflows
- Assist with reporting and data organization
- Identify gaps in processes that lead to errors or inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support operational workflows tied to marketing and internal reporting
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify repetitive or manual workflows and build solutions to automate them
- Create tools, scripts, or systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Redesign workflows to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Continuously evaluate systems and processes to simplify and improve operations
Systems Oversight & Vendor Coordination
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact the team
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Manage and maintain business-critical applications and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, communication platforms, and internal systems)
- Oversee domain renewals, security certificates, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
- Document processes and maintain clear internal procedures
- Take ownership of issues end-to-end, ensuring resolution without relying on step-by-step direction
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through unclear or unstructured problems
- Ability to independently identify issues and drive solutions without step-by-step direction
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear and professional communication
