DCI Job Requirement for:

Software Developer

Location: Herndon, VA

Job Description:

Serve as a Software Developer supporting a government customer

Deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as:

• Sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure
• End-point devices and data center hosted servers
• Multi-Cloud services
• Virtualized applications
• Storage systems

Research new technologies in object-oriented programming

Work with modern application technology including:

• Containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on:
• Customer premise
• Via remote Cloud services

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph

BS in computer science, or related (preferred)

Minimum of three (3) year’s relevant experience

Eclipse developmental duties to include:

• Infrastructure as a code languages (Ansible, Puppet, or chef as examples)
• Git Hub, Dev Ops, Java and Python
• Security review of applications and infrastructure

2+ years’ experience participating in agile activities

Experience in Cloud based services (AWS/Azure)

Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker, Vagrant, etc.

Experience with build automation technologies like Maven, Jenkins, etc.

Experience building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc

Experience with scripting languages like Perl, Shell, etc.

Required: Active TS/SCI w/ FSP
