Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer/Manager to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and machine learning frameworks to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in big data technologies, data mining, natural language processing, and model deployment, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects utilizing cloud platforms like AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation (ETL), and database design to support scalable analytics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end model training, validation, and deployment processes ensuring robust performance in production environments.
• Manage and collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems using Java, Python, R, SAS, and other programming languages. .
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies including quantum engineering and linked data for advanced analytics applications.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in data security, privacy, and ethical AI deployment.
• Mentor team members on machine learning frameworks and other AI tools while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Skills

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), data mining, model training, and model deployment techniques.
• Expertise in big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools like Talend.
• Solid understanding of database design principles along with SQL proficiency for data querying and management.
• Programming skills in Python, R, Java, C, VBA, and Bash for developing AI models and automation scripts.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker for visualization purposes.
• Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts is a plus for innovative research initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams effectively. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional passionate about leveraging AI to transform business operations through innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
