Job Summary
We’re looking for a UX/UI designer who can design web experiences, membership app interfaces, and high-performing email marketing content, while also supporting graphic design and illustration needs. This role works closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Development teams to create visually compelling, conversion-focused digital assets across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually refined web pages and digital experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI using Figma
• Design on-brand, conversion-driven email marketing content
• Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all digital touchpoints
• Support brand visuals, illustrations, and visual systems
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or web collaboration
• Support the design of membership app features and interfaces
• Collaborate with Marketing to align visuals with campaign goals and messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, email marketing, and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven experience designing email marketing content (promotional, lifecycle, campaign emails)
• Understanding of UX fundamentals, hierarchy, and responsive design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your own work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
