Position: IT Infrastructure Manager IT Infrastructure and Operations Management
- Facility IT Oversight: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, to ensure uninterrupted operations at the Milton facilities and other sites as required.
- Travel Required: Travel to US facilities as needed to provide hands-on support, lead IT projects, and address critical infrastructure issues as needed.
- Surveillance and Display Systems: Ensure cameras and display systems (e.g., TVs) are operational and up-to-date, working closely with the Maintenance team for timely issue resolution.
- Asset Management: Oversee IT equipment inventory, ensuring updates and tracking are accurately recorded in Jira.
Team Leadership and Task Coordination
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage IT support staff fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Task Delegation: Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Ticket Management: Ensure all support tickets are up-to-date and fully documented in Jira for transparency and accountability.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers, Maintenance teams, and industrial operations to ensure IT setups and configurations meet operational needs.
- MSP and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external MSPs and vendors for specialized support, implementations, and hardware/software procurement.
- Incident Management: Maintain effective communication during outages or incidents, providing timely updates and resolutions.
IT Support and Troubleshooting
- End-User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers (label and standard), desk phones, and other end-user devices.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including IT equipment setup, retrieval, and system access configurations.
Compliance, Security, and Audit
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Security Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Project and Vendor Management
- Project Oversight: Track IT project progress across facilities, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with business objectives.
- Vendor Engagement: Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Performance Reporting: Provide management with regular updates on infrastructure performance, incidents, and ongoing improvements.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
