  • Partner with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into approved technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with third-party data aggregators and external vendors to define data exchange standards and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and data governance frameworks.
  • Partner with technology architects to design scalable data automation systems.

Data Quality & Governance Leadership

  • Establish automated controls for schema validation, referential integrity, deduplication, and conformity standards.
  • Perform end-to-end data profiling to identify quality gaps, outliers, and remediation plans.
  • Partner with data owners, analysts, and business leaders to define data quality rules and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor daily ETL loads and dashboards, proactively identifying issues and leading root-cause analysis.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ETL pipelines across multiple source systems (APIs, flat files, cloud platforms, operational systems).
  • Coordinate with product owners, application teams, clients, and analysts to deliver high-impact data solutions.
  • Own technical delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Innovation & Optimization

  • Evaluate and recommend modern tools and platforms to enhance ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
