Job description

Who We Are

Oliver Wight is a global consultancy with a mission to help its clients make improvements that truly transform the performance of their organization and create more fulfilling roles for the people within it. We bring firsthand knowledge and experience in best practice integrated planning and execution to assist clients in sustainable transformation of their businesses. We believe this can only be successfully done by clients using their own people; not imposed by someone from outside their organization. So, unlike other consultancies, we transfer our knowledge using proven methodologies; knowledge and methods that come from over 50 years of working with many of the world’s best-known companies. We are ultimately driven to accelerating our clients’ time to results with sustainable capability. Things like revenue, profit, market leadership and being a good place to work.

Oliver Wight has a long-standing reputation for thought leadership and innovation. We continually challenge the industry status quo, so clients always get the latest in new thinking.

Oliver Wight was founded in 1969, and since then has grown to over 60 consultants world-wide. Oliver Wight Americas alone has over 30 Business Advisors across North America, South America, and Canada.

Why We're Hiring?

The Integrated Business Planning (Advanced Sales and Operations Planning) process originated at Oliver Wight and as it evolved we developed what is now a SaaS application used to accelerate delivery of useable data insights to clients, helping them improve corporate planning and achieve their growth strategies. We’re at a technological tipping point and growing to integrate SaaS data analytics best practices into the tools.

We expect this person to be available during “core times” during the business day, but understand that we are recruiting Nationally, and we have employees from East Coast to West Coast. There may be times we need you for an early “East Coast” meeting.
