What You'll Do:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation efforts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to make sure everyone's on the same page.
- Create detailed project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams to get the job done.
- Keep an eye on project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Be the go-to person for project updates and communication.
- Identify potential risks and come up with solutions to keep things on track.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of project deliverables.
- Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that come up.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a big plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially with implementation projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
