What You'll Do:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation efforts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to make sure everyone's on the same page.
• Create detailed project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams to get the job done.
• Keep an eye on project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Be the go-to person for project updates and communication.
• Identify potential risks and come up with solutions to keep things on track.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of project deliverables.
• Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that come up.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a big plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially with implementation projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
