Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure Specialist owns the day-to-day reliability and operation of B1 Marketing’s internal technology environment, including employee devices, core SaaS tools, internal automations, and support of API-connected systems.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Device Management

• Provision, configure, and manage employee laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Zoom, Trello, and other core internal SaaS tools.
• Manage licenses, configurations, and security using an Multi Device Management.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Apply system updates, patches, and baseline security controls to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and improve efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Network, Security & Systems Reliability

• Perform routine checks to ensure network stability and secure access.
• Enforce IT policies and support cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist with audits, compliance checks, and security improvements.

Optimizations

• Identify and recommend tools and software to improve production system
• Continuously optimize company devices and platforms (laptops, desktops, mobile, and software)
• Improve system performance, reliability, and usability across the organization
• Proactively adopt new technologies that drive efficiency and scale

Must Haves

• 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in a business environment
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Working understanding of APIs and system integrations (no application coding required)
• Comfortable supporting cloud-based SaaS tools
• Clear communicator with a high sense of ownership

Physical & Practical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 35+ pounds)
• Comfortable with hands-on setup, office reconfigurations, and device deployment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize effectively

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
