Web Developer, Designer, SEO & Marketing Job Description:
Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile Digital Specialist to take ownership of our company’s website and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will blend creative design skills with technical coding expertise and strategic SEO knowledge to build and optimize high-performing digital channels. You will be responsible for turning design concepts into fully functional, responsive websites, launching marketing campaigns, and monitoring analytics to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Development & Design: Build and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify). Create responsive layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
- SEO Optimization (Technical & On-Page): Implement SEO best practices to increase rankings and organic traffic, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, structured data (schema), and technical audits.
- Digital Marketing & Strategy: Develop and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages, and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads).
- Content & Social Media: Create, edit, and optimize engaging web content, including blog posts, images, and marketing collateral.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance (speed, Core Web Vitals) and SEO results using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Automation & Maintenance: Build and maintain workflow automations (Zapier) and ensure website security, hosting management, and plugin updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in web development, design, and digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. Deep experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- Design Tools: Strong UI/UX focus with experience in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- SEO & Marketing Tools: Proven experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to strategy with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and AB testing.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Background in B2B SaaS or specific industry experience (e.g., home services, e-commerce).
