Position Summary:
Chetu is seeking a full-time Art Manager to lead our visual identity and elevate the design direction across all branding, marketing, and digital assets. This strategic leadership role will define and implement a cohesive visual language for Chetu, ensuring every creative output reflects our brand voice, resonates with our audience, and supports our business goals. This role will manage and inspire a team of designers and collaborate closely with marketing, content, video, and web teams to build a unified, recognizable, and high-impact brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Cohesion:-
- Define and evolve the visual identity of the Chetu brand across digital, print, video, web, trade shows, and social platforms.
- Create and maintain a robust design system, including templates, typography, color palettes, iconography, and style guides.
- Establish a distinct “Chetu signature style” that aligns with our professional tone and vertical industry reach.
Team & Project Leadership:-
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, illustrators, and motion graphic artists.
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure alignment with brand, quality, and business goals.
- Partner with project managers to allocate resources, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:-
- Work closely with marketing, content, SEO, paid media, events, and sales teams to translate goals into compelling visuals.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and tone across video, sales enablement materials, internal branding, and web assets.
Production & Execution:-
- Oversee design and production of marketing collateral including infographics, landing pages, presentations, event materials, signage, and social content.
- Ensure brand adaptability across languages and regions when applicable.
- Provide hands-on design leadership for high-impact projects and creative concepting.
Innovation & Trend Integration:-
- Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to keep Chetu’s visuals modern and competitive.
- Recommend tools and workflows that improve team efficiency and creative impact.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual branding, or art direction, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with global or multilingual campaigns.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D rendering, or video design.
- Knowledge of DAM systems and collaboration tools like ClickUp or Adobe XD
- Proven success building or evolving a brand identity across multiple formats and channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and leadership experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the tech or software space, is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
