We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new shift and are hiring immediately for multiple Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse Associate positions in Park Rapids, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a growing operation that offers excellent pay, strong benefits, and paid on-the-job training—no experience required.

What You’ll Get

• Weekly Pay: $856 – $1,359 per week
• Weekly Attendance Bonus: $100
• Schedule: 3-day workweeks (12-hour shifts) with 4 days off every other week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift safety inspections
• Load and unload trucks
• Move inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Scan, label, and stage products
• Assist with inventory control
• Wrap and secure pallets for shipment
• Maintain forklift batteries safely
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift or reach truck experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Must pass a basic math test, background check, and drug screening
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented individuals
