Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Duties

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Maintain and enhance network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls, and remote access solutions to ensure secure connectivity.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures such as network security protocols, information security policies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and consulting to maximize value.
• Conduct regular analysis of system performance using monitoring tools to proactively address issues before they impact operations.
• Lead business continuity planning efforts to prepare for potential disruptions ensuring minimal downtime.

Skills

• Extensive experience with platforms including CDK.
• Expertise in server management and systems engineering.
• Solid knowledge of network infrastructure including LAN/WAN design, routers, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and remote access software.
• Deep understanding of database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server; experience with SharePoint for collaboration solutions.
• Strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality; exceptional time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop policies around information security, network security, and data privacy best practices.
• Experience with vendor management including negotiating contracts and overseeing service level agreements (SLAs). Pay: $57,044.70 - $68,699.00 per year
