We are looking for dependable, focused, and quick learners to join our logistics operations as Sorter / Package Handlers. This hybrid role plays a vital part in keeping our package flow accurate, on time, and organized.
You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment where consistency, physical stamina, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort packages based on size, destination, or priority
- Load/unload shipments from trucks or sorting belts
- Label, scan, and track packages using handheld devices
- Ensure packages are staged correctly for next transit steps
- Follow internal sorting protocols and safety procedures
- Keep designated work area clean and hazard-free
- Communicate irregularities to team leads
Qualifications & Expectations
- Ability to lift, move, and sort up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong sense of urgency and operational discipline
- Willingness to follow instructions with precision
