With 9x growth in under nine months and $25M raised in our Series A, we are on a mission to build the largest consumer legal brand ever. Now, we’re expanding our offerings to businesses—and we need a world-class, creative product designer to help us bring this vision to life.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of our B2B immigration portal, a critical product that will streamline visa processing for businesses, HR teams, employees, and legal teams. You’ll take our existing mocks and elevate them into a seamless, conversion-optimized user experience that drives adoption from the first demo.
This role is 5 days a week in the New York office.
What You’ll Do
- Own the UX/UI design of our B2B portal, ensuring a visually compelling and highly
functional experience.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to understand
stakeholder needs and refine designs.
- Design intuitive workflows for HR admins, visa applicants, and immigration lawyers.
- Optimize conversion and usability, ensuring our clients can easily navigate the
portal and complete key actions with minimal friction.
- Create a scalable design system that supports future product growth.
Who You Are
- UX/UI design experience, preferably with SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs with a focus on B2B or
workflow-driven applications.
- Experience designing for multi-stakeholder platforms with complex user journeys.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and a solid understanding of front-end
development principles.
- Passion for building intuitive, modern, and scalable design systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced
startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal tech, immigration, or HR tech.
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or user research.

Compensation Range: $100K - $140K
