We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Xstore / Xadmin Administrator with 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting retail store systems in a multi-location environment. This role will serve as the primary administrator for Oracle Xstore and Xadmin, with added responsibilities across the Oracle Retail ecosystem including CECS, Identity Cloud (IDCS), and APEX. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, technical expertise, and operational awareness to support both store and enterprise-level retail. (No Remote Work)
Serve as the lead administrator for Oracle Xstore and Xadmin platforms across all store locations
Configure and manage lead and non-lead register setup, register sequencing, and store onboarding
Maintain control and delineation of data flow and permissions between Xadmin and Xstore, ensuring secure and accurate operation
Support Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Services (CECS) including customer data sync, promotions, and loyalty integrations
Manage user access, roles, and provisioning through Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS)
Lead software update cycles, patching, configuration changes, and issue resolution across retail systems
Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage integrations with ERP (e.g., NetSuite), promotions engine, and 3rd-party retail tools
Build and maintain applications and reports using Oracle APEX for internal use and operational support
Create and maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Monitor system performance, execute root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with IT and security standards
5–7 years of experience supporting Oracle Xstore POS and Xadmin in a production retail environment
Working knowledge of Oracle Retail applications, especially CECS and IDCS
Strong experience with register management including lead/non-lead configuration, staging, and version control
Ability to understand and enforce separation of data and control points between Xadmin and Xstore
Experience with Oracle APEX for internal tooling, dashboards, or reporting is highly preferred
Proficient in troubleshooting POS logs, transaction flow, batch processes, and SQL queries
Clear communicator with experience coordinating between IT, retail operations, and support teams
Comfortable managing deployments, testing configurations, and documenting system changes
ERP integration experience, ideally with NetSuite or Oracle Retail
Exposure to EFT systems, middleware tools, or mobile POS solutions
Familiarity with retail compliance, PCI standards, and store support escalation processes
