Position: Manager – Wireless Management Solutions
Organization: Telecom Management Solutions (TMS)
Reports to: Director of Telecom Management Services
Date: December 5, 2025
Summary: This position will be overseeing the team of Wireless Management Specialists while managing a select few accounts in the short term to learn the product
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Join WMS Dashboard Calls (25%) – Identify opportunities going missed by clients (enlist approvals)
- Lead Weekly & Monthly Mobility Meetings – Optimization Weekly & Weekly Helpdesk/MDM
- Conduct One on Ones w/Members of the Mobility Team
- Recruit and Interview for Open Positions on the team as well as keeping an active funnel open in case of turnover
- Manage the Mobility Team Daily Schedules and Tasks
- Ensure Client SBR’s are Scheduled and Completed
- Promote Teamwork and a Positive Working Environment
- Be a Quality Control Check for Mobility Dashboard
- Liaise with All Business Units at Vatic for Internal and External Results
- Manage the Dashboard Tracker to Ensure all Dashboards Go Out Within Desired SLA
- Ensure Tracker Updates w/regards to ROI, Dashboards, SBR, etc…
- Identify Training Needs for New Hires & Existing Employees (lead quarterly trainings)
- Strategize on Account Assignments and Client Engagement Approaches
- Serve as an Escalation Point for Client Issues
- Drives and Enacts by utilizing a Strategic Approach, the full aspect of “Mobility Management”
- Assists in Guiding Customization of the Power BI Dashboard of Each Client (as needed)
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lead a small team of direct reports (5-7 full time and hourly employees)
- Ability to coach and motivate
- Ability to identify opportunities for value-add and increased revenue for the client and Vatic
- Ability to maintain quality WMS work so customers support is not impacted, in addition to Manager responsibilities
- Ability to engage with upper management on the client side and internal upper management when results are not being achieved
- Ability to lead wireless contract negotiation calls with wireless providers
- Ability to assist clients and reps with client wireless budget planning and forecasting
Supervisory Responsibility: This role will be responsible for holding WMS team accountable to their clients and SLA’s who are supporting the TMS organization. The manager will need to take a leadership role and ensure adequate support is being provided for the overall TMS organization.
Required Education and Experience:
- College Degree Preferred
- 2+ years in telecommunications and/or in the Telecom Management (TEM) and/or Wireless Managed Services (WMS) industries
