We are urgently hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Booking Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties

• Handle customer bookings efficiently using POS systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist customers with product demos and provide detailed information about merchandise
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
• Manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays to attract customer attention
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and potential customers
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members when necessary to ensure smooth store operations
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stock control procedures
• Promote a positive shopping environment through effective communication skills and friendly demeanor

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
• Proven experience with POS systems, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
• Supervising experience is desirable but not mandatory; leadership qualities are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math for transactions and inventory management
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous
• Must be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
