Labor Finders is hiring General Labor (Construction) workers for immediate openings in Antioch, CA. These are full-time and part-time, temporary and temp-to-hire positions working the day shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates will work on construction sites, assisting with a variety of general labor and cleanup tasks. If you are reliable, physically capable, and ready to start right away, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties on construction sites
• Assist with site cleanup, demolition, and material handling
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Basic experience in general labor or construction cleanup
• Valid driver’s license or Real ID may be required for some assignments
• Flexibility to work at different job sites, including remote locations
